We ship to Spain and Europe and Norway.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

This period refers to the preparation time before the order is shipped.

Delivery times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Mainland Spain: 24 to 72 business hours
Europe: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and carrier
Norway: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, logistics delays, or circumstances beyond the control of Hey Mineral S.L.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country. The applicable rate will be displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.

Norway — Customs and import fees

Norway is not a member of the European Union. Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties, VAT (MVA, 25%), and import fees charged by Norwegian customs authorities. These charges apply when the declared value of the order exceeds 3,000 NOK. All customs and import costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Hey Mineral, S.L. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting Norwegian customs (Tolletaten) for further information before placing your order.
