RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Hey Mineral, S.L., we handle returns in accordance with applicable legislation in Spain and the European Union.

Right of withdrawal

Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification.

Including:

• Order number
• Full name
• Reason (optional)

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Show no signs of misuse or improper handling.

For natural minerals and stone products, variations in colour, shape, texture or size are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where:

• The product is defective
• An error was made by Hey Mineral, S.L.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 calendar days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or defective products

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
