SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to Spain and Europe.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

This period refers to the preparation time before the order is shipped.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Mainland Spain: 24 to 72 business hours
Rest of Europe: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and carrier

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, logistics delays, or circumstances beyond the control of Hey Mineral, S.L.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

In such cases, we will assess whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
